SmarterMail is a good product, but we've seen lots of complaints in their "official" forum about bugs not being addressed, feature requests not being implemented, including "whiz-bang" features being added when more important features are overlooked, and the like.
What's more, when the complaints get too "much" for the company, entire blog threads somehow "disappear". What a surprise.
It's time that there's an INDEPENDENT forum for SmarterMail users. And this is it.
This is not to "beat up" on SmarterTools. They work real hard to create a quality product. But the discussion should be free and open, with no fear of creating posts that vanish.
We sincerely hope that your voices are heard here. We bet SmarterTools will be watching too, so go for it!
